“Affiliate Link” mPayment Terms

All bank fees and other expenses relevant to the processing of commission payment shall be borne by the Affiliate.

Makewell Europe Ltd. will determine the type of currency as well as the applicable conversion rate.

You, as the Affiliate, are responsible for payment of all taxes, bank fees, and other expenses applicable to the commission. 

All amounts payable by us to you are subject to offset by us against any amounts owed by you to us. 

Makewell Europe reserves the right to change the amount of Commission payment unilaterally. Any changes made to the amount of commission payment shall become effective immediately.


  • Requirements to be able to receive Commission payment

In order for Us to process commission payment, the Affiliate must satisfy the following:

- The Affiliate must provide up-to-date and correct contact and business details.

- The Affiliate must provide up-to-date and correct bank details to receive commission payments and it must notify us of any change at: affiliates@makewellforyou.com

- The amount of commission due must be at least EUR 50.00, otherwise the amount will be rolled over to the next month until the amount of EUR 50.00 has been reached

In the event that the Affiliate fails to provide its bank details, the Commission payments due will not be released until the details have been provided. 

In the event that the Affiliate fails to provide bank details, any commission amount due for more than 3 months will be deemed to be forfeited.

The Affiliate bears full responsibility to provide correct bank details. In the event that the commission payment is made to the wrong account due to the provision of incorrect bank details, the Affiliate will be deemed to have received the full payment due and will not have the right to bring a claim for non-payment.


  • Commission payment processing time

The commission payment will become due after the one-month period following the month in which the purchase order is placed passes.

For example, if a purchase order is placed in January, the commission payment due will be paid in the beginning of March.

Unless otherwise agreed between the Parties, the commission payment will be released on the first Thursday of this succeeding month.
