Due to order volumes, we may not always be able to stop an order from being processed before it reaches our warehouse. If this happens, please wait for your delivery to arrive and follow our standard returns procedure. Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee we can stop your order from being shipped.

If the order hasn't shipped yet:

Once you exercise your right to cancel, we will review your request within 2-5 working days. If your items have not been processed, then we will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request to your original payment method.

If the order has already been processed/dispatched:

If your order has been processed and we are unable to cancel before its dispatched, we will be in touch to arrange a return. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until returned goods are back with us.

Condition of returned goods:

Please do not open, damage goods or remove labels. If your handling reduces the value of the goods, we may deduct the diminished amount from your refund. Please take reasonable care when returning items.
